Absolutely, it's been a great two games. There is plenty good about the Challenge Cup but people get a little too fixated on some poorly attended games, usually involving SL clubs.

Worth noting that virtually none of the change the cup discussions would change this specific bit. Its pretty spot on.

Congratulations to Hull KR. I'm obviously gutted Wigan lost but still think it's great to have a Hull KR v Leigh Cup final and I'm delighted for all their fans.

Leigh v Hull KR . I’m pleased that’s the final . New match up , something fresh and different and two teams on the up getting just rewards

Interestingly, the CC final is going to be 6 years to the day since Leigh and Hull KR played in the middle 8's in a game that ultimately consigned Leigh to the MPG and relegation, and gave Hull KR automatic promotion.
