The fluffed PTB to Dudson convinced me they'd almost certainly bollix up the kick attempt, but Maloney lands it under pressure.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

The next Eamonn McManus programme article will explain how Coote's drop goal went over.

How the hell did the Catalans dig themselves out of that hole? How the hell did St Helens manage to dig themselves into their own hole? That's sport.

It'll be a while 'til Maloney needs to pay for a drink in France.

Sky Sports Jenna Brooks to Jake Connor regarding England selection : "Shaun Wane has said that he's spoken to you about why you were left out, he's also said he's told you what you needed to do more of, I'm interested, what do you need to do more of and did you do it tonight?"

Jake Connor : "I don't know, to be honest I haven't spoken to him."

Wasn’t so much Catalans deserving to win it, as Saints not deserving to win it after the sort of cue-on-the-rack unprofessionalism we haven’t seen for some time.

Looking at the first two of those final 3 tries, I think Wingfield might not be getting an extended run in the 1st team, too.

bad night for Saints, but good for Catalans and French RL to get the LLS. That’s consolation.
