Nice to hear they won’t be playing two games over Easter next year.

It makes for good copy mentioning Easter next year giving the game on TV but they said “they intend to”, so it’s not a definite yet.

I can understand Saints thinking but Isn't there a requirement to put out the strongest available side?

Still, Saints will still win.

I wonder how often the commentary team will be able to say 'St Helens' without adding the word 'young'.

Me and the missus have already turned this into a drinking game. We’ll be smashed by half time

Just had a look at the odds...

Cas 1/5

St Helens 39/5

The bookies would appear to be in with the full facts of team selection.

For anyone who managed to get a bet in within an hour of the squads been announced, quids in!

I should have thought so but it's a squad and that's what they've chosen the players from.

Coaches worked out that you can easily get around that years ago.

Honest to God I was just about to say that Cas had done a complete set without scoring. How Embarrassing. Oh, hang on..

Are Sts taking the mick? Such arrogance.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

Shades of Ellery Hanley’s ‘And he’s still going!’ try for Bradford way back when

Just text a mate that. What a try from the young lad.

Indeed. In any case, as a complete neutral, I certainly would not ask Saints to provide medical certs for the rested players.😀
