Wire to win in a "Battle of a Game" before the Leigh game I wouldn't have given Wigan any hope up front they were shocking, but they have now got some belief in their forwards, still think they will miss Field though.

Shame both sides are a bit knocked about with injuries/suspensions but it should be a good game. We just need to make sure they don’t blow us away in the first 20, because I expect Wire to fly out the blocks and if we can stick in there, we should have a bit more experience on the bench and can hopefully outlast them. Really looking forward to it. It sounds like it’s getting close to another sell out. 
 

I’m going Wire by 6 but there will be more important games to come.

I like what Wigan are doing at the moment. We dismantled Leigh and were good value for the win against Saints. However, losing Smithies on top of Cust, Field and Cooper makes me concerned that we won’t be able to keep our intensity. Against that a hard game in France will have taken its toll.

I think we will have enough and Marshall and French will see us home.

Very much looking forward to this! I've backed Wigan but really could go either way. These 2 will be in the GF this year IMO, so tonight could give us a little curtain-raiser!

It's such a shame that match going fans of other clubs can't watch the Friday night games.

It's probably harming attendances and TV viewers.

Some casual RL/sports fans in and around Huddersfield will no doubt choose to watch this on TV than come to Giants v Catalans, same with other places, we should encourage people to support their local clubs in person, it just seems ridiculous that there's 3 other games going on and fans of those sides can't watch what is a top of the table clash.

Surely this has to change?

Both Wire and Pies have had some fortunate wins this year - I don't think either are as good as their records suggest, but that doesn't make it any easier to predict. I'll go Wire with a golden point.
