No, but they are personally signed by Peter Vlandys and Elvis so must be kosher.

Actually got a mention on TalkSPORT this morning, but only as a laugh between Ally McCoist and Jeff Stelling at the absurdity of it all!

When it comes to something like this, pretty much all publicity is good publicity.

They obviously know jack about RL so their views are not to be taken seriously.

Hudson Young and Morgan Smithies had a drunken fight in the hotel. So unprofessional.

That is one thin story. 'At one point we thought it was a weapon but it was actually an inflatable baseball bat.'

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Yeah, I had a feeling this was what happened while looking at how fed up Smithies looked during that media interview.

It all sounds like a nothing situation.

It all sounds like a publicity stunt.

Dave Whelan "In Wigan rugby will always be king"

Imagine having to front the media and stand there like naughty schoolchildren apologising as if what they've done is actually that bad. Play fighting in a lift to 'win' a room and accidentally hitting an emergency button. Won't somebody please think of the children!

I'm sure both players really wanted to ask the media what the hell is wrong with them all 😄 I'm fairly certain no one at Canberra is actually bothered about the behaviour. It's the fact that it gave the media a reason to cause a stir over something so small.

NRL ABOUT TO SMASH $100M BARRIER

Rugby league is on the verge of crashing through the $100 million barrier when it comes to the game’s economic impact in Las Vegas.

Vegas Con can reveal that last year’s double header was worth more than $77 million to Sin City in terms of economic impact.

However, this year’s quadruple header is set to leave last year in the shade given the increased interest in the concept and the inclusion of two English teams as well as the women’s Test.

Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority boss Steve Hill confirmed the economic numbers and revealed Sin City officials were open to extending their deal with the NRL.

The NRL struck a five-year deal with Las Vegas tourism which has three years to run. However, the concept has been such a success that Las Vegas officials are open to starting talks over an extension.

Being reported the Las Vegas Tourism board are paying the NRL $690k US to hold the event in Vegas, they might want to bump that up considerably if the NRL are going to see if other cities want to bid for it.

Where else could it be held?

LA? Hawaii? New York? Florida?

I could say take your pick but there will be the sometimes difficult juggling act of kick off times vs AEDT live broadcast times.

Honestly, considering the conversion rate, if it was up for grabs next year, I would say Japan would be a great option. One of the biggest travel destinations for Australians at the moment.

Hawaii is good for timezones but it’s no LV, LA, NY or London for profile.

I would even throw India in there as a curve ball.
