Well we know London is doomed, so I hope you are correct that is the only change, yet to be convinced Toulouse is the right fit, the only thing I have heard positive coming out of Toulouse in the last 6 months is Sylvain Houles on the BBC RL podcast saying it is essential that they make SL this term, if they don't I suspect they will be back in the FFR Elite next season.

Not sure what the benefit of a ‘provisional’ grading would be before that as all clubs playing performance has to be averaged over 3 complete years and ranked from 1-35.
