Heart says Wigan, head says Penrith. Hope the heart is correct!

Come on you Warriors.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

One of Penrith's excuses last year was that they were undercooked due to not having played anyone, whereas Saints had had two warm up games.

Have they had any warm up games in Australia before they flew here?

I'm sure the facilities in the Etihad are very nice but surely they're repeating the same mistake if this is their first preseason game?

There was mention on here a couple of weeks ago about a plan for an opposed training session with Warrington. I'm not sure if it happened or not.

Last year they played Parramatta the week before they played Saints.

They did have the session with Warrington. Bizarrely they also had one with Sale Sharks.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

My mistake. Didn't realise they'd had one warm up game.

They had a game before the Saints game last year - Round 1 of the pre-season challenge before they played Saints in Round 2 - but they didn't play any of their first team.

I don't get to many professional games these days.  But this is one where I am jealous of everyone attending, I hope you all enjoy it.

I hope the game is a cracker and I hope Wigan win to send a message to the NRL that UK Rugby League is alive and kicking.

Pretty brilliant atmosphere and vibe and it's still way off kick off. The feel of it actually reminds me of a packed Central Park again.

I am jealous. Good luck.
