Challenge Cup Final... Neutrals

Recommended Posts

Sadly and with a very heavy heart I'll have to go with the correct side of the pennines and support Huddersfield.. and I'll be doing it in an eagles shirt which will make it tougher... I'd love an entertaining match but a draw and for them to call it null and void and no one gets the trophy.

Neutral….in a cross Pennines game.

As they used to say at the cricket “if thas not from Yorkshire, and thas not from Lancashire, what’s it got to do with you!”

Although I've always been a neutral at Wembley I have always favoured and cheered for the underdog.

But as it's Watto I'll make a clean break with tradition and go Warriors.

I'm actually amazed any neutrals have said Wigan!

That's because you forgot Watto!

I also supported Wigan in the Semi as Saints aer the new Manly!

Given that Wigan are in a final, I'm not sure any Saints fans will class themselves as neutrals!

Especially as our second favourite team are in the final too (which is anyone but Wigan!)

With Halloween coming up I decided to go to my local fancy dress shop to see if I could get a Dracula costume. After a few minutes the assistant handed me a Hull KR shirt asking "Is this suitable?", I replied "I think you may have misheard me, I said I wanted to look like a count."

You can't be neutral and support one side or the other 😁

I would be very disappointed if the 'neutrals' weren't against Wigan.
